EXAMINATION/SECRECY SECTION
The Examination/Secrecy section of the University of Agriculture Swat is a major component of the university and is responsible for all matters associated with the conduct of examinations, maintaining record, secrecy and degree award. The examinations are very sensitive and time-bound tasks. Keeping the secrecy of the sacred documents, preparation of transcripts, degrees, arranging convocations and providing quality services to the students, the Examination/Secrecy section plays a vital role. With the support of university authorities, hard work, and devotion of the staff, targets have been successfully achieved so far.
Functions of Examination/Secrecy Section:
Ø Preparing schedules for semester examinations.
Ø Conduct and monitor overall examinations.
Ø Issuance of examination material to the departments.
Ø Conduct viva-voce examinations of theses/ internship reports/research projects at the end of a degree program.
Ø Preparation and declaration / notification of results.
Ø Issuance of semester-wise detailed marks certificates, transcripts and degrees to the students.
Ø Academic distinction (Merit certificates / medals).
Ø Organizing convocations.
Ø Verification of various certificates issued by the University.
